Argentsure sells baby and children's clothing, everyday essentials and gift sets for little ones through our online store. Argentsure is the trading name we use for our webshop at argentsure.com and is operated by the registered business described above.

SECTION 2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region, or that you have given us consent for a minor dependent to use this site under your supervision.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you may not, in your use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these terms will result in an immediate suspension of your ability to use our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

You understand that your information, excluding payment card details, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks, and changes to conform to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without our express written permission.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Certain products may be available exclusively online and may be limited in quantity. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the Netherlands. Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partners in Germany and France, so please allow a little extra time for your parcel to cross the border before it reaches you.

We currently offer two shipping options at checkout:

Standard shipping, free of charge, with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 5 business days.

Express shipping, insured, at a cost of 4.95 euros, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed. Occasional delays can occur due to customs checks, courier volume or circumstances outside our control, and we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a parcel has left our warehouse. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated window, please contact us at info@argentsure.com and we will look into it with you.

SECTION 7. TAXES AND DUTIES

All prices shown on our website are in euros and, where applicable, include Dutch VAT for orders delivered within the Netherlands. As we currently ship only within the Netherlands, no additional customs duties should apply to your order.

SECTION 8. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices for our products may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, or any part of it, without notice at any time. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

SECTION 9. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. Should we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store, and to promptly update your account and other information so we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.

SECTION 10. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not fully happy with your order, please get in touch with us at info@argentsure.com and we will be glad to help you with a return or exchange. We ask that items are returned unworn, unwashed and with their original tags attached wherever possible.

Third party links on this site may direct you to third party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third party materials or websites, and we do not warrant or hold any liability for them.
