RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you and your little one to be happy with every order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW

You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included where possible.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at info@argentsure.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. We will guide you through the next steps.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, faulty or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few extra business days for the amount to appear in your account. You will receive an email once your refund has been completed.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us at info@argentsure.com and we will do our best to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@argentsure.com within 48 hours of delivery with a short description of the issue and clear photos showing the damage or fault. We will review your request and get back to you with the next steps as soon as possible.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Underwear and socks

Items marked as final sale

Items returned outside the 14 day window

Worn, washed, damaged or altered items
